Description:
  • Georgia O'Keeffe (November 15, 1887 – March 6, 1986) was an American artist who painted enlarged flowers, bones, leaves and shells so people would notice them.  Student artists looked closely at fall leaves and drew a magnified version of their leaf.  Special attention was given to its outside contour line, interior veins and texture, watercolor markers were added on diffusion paper to create this tie dyed look.
